James LeSage has had recent success as a film editor with the Filipino feature film"Graceland" distributed by Drafthouse Films and winner of an Audience Award at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival. Graceland played theatrically in over 20 cities and is available on iTunes and VOD.
Gary Goldstein of the LA Times says, "Graceland is a tense, twisty cinematic artichoke brimming with moral complexity and intriguing shades of gray. Writer-director Ron Morales masterfully juggles this brisk thriller's various puzzle pieces to create an unpredictable portrait of desperate times — and desperate measures." And goes on to call it a, "...well-shot picture that often plays like a tighter, more realistic version of Taken."

"Graceland is James LeSage's 2nd feature film as an editor, he also cut the mobster comedy "The Briefcase" out now on DVD. James has worked as an assistant and apprentice editor under Oscar winner Claire Simpson (Platoon, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close), Jay Rabinowitz(Requiem for a Dream), and Andy Hafitz (Bully, Last Days of Disco) among others. He has a background in After Effects and 3D animation. He also spent several years working on set in production for people like Woody Allen, Tina Fey, Adam Sandler - a time he calls "the best graduate school anyone could image."

He is currently seeking representation and future narrative feature film projects.
